01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bn33 ("bn33", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bn33 platform at bn33.app — including the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, arcade games, and all associated features — you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bn33 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any amendments published from time to time.

02 Eligibility

To register and use bn33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. bn33 strictly prohibits access by minors and enforces age verification through KYC procedures.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, bots, and automated accounts are not permitted to register.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement active on the bn33 platform or any associated network.
• You must satisfy yourself independently that accessing and using an online gaming platform is lawful in your specific jurisdiction before registering. bn33 makes no representation that its services are lawfully available in any particular location in Pakistan or elsewhere. Compliance with all applicable local, provincial, and federal laws is the sole responsibility of the User.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of bn33 or its affiliated service providers.

bn33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that cannot demonstrate compliance with the above criteria.

03 Account Registration & KYC

Each User may hold one (1) account only on the bn33 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending winnings.

During or after registration, bn33 will require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This process requires submission of:

• A valid government-issued identity document (CNIC or passport).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., JazzCash or Easypaisa account confirmation).
• Any additional documents reasonably requested by bn33's compliance team.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. bn33 may apply temporary restrictions on account functionality — including suspension of deposit or withdrawal capabilities — pending completion of KYC. bn33 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at any time, without prior notice, for the purpose of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance.

You warrant that all information provided to bn33 during registration and KYC is accurate, complete, and not misleading. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

bn33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through supported Pakistani payment methods, which currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• Minimum deposit amounts are as published on the platform at the time of the transaction and may be updated without prior notice.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed and no active bonus wagering requirements outstanding.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. bn33 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of approval, but makes no guarantee of any specific processing timeline.
• bn33 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request, including requests for source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions.
• Deposits and withdrawals made using third-party accounts — accounts not registered in the name of the bn33 account holder — will be rejected and may trigger an AML investigation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

bn33 offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to deposit match bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per User, household, device IP address, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) applied to the bonus amount.
• bn33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated play designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming activity — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting activity on bn33 is subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches) shall be determinative, subject to bn33's internal rules.

For casino games — including live dealer games and RNG-based games — the rules of each individual game govern play. In the event of any technical fault during a game session, bn33 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet amount to the Player's account. Winnings generated from a malfunctioning game will not be paid out.

bn33 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the published odds or data contain a manifest error, defined as an error that is so obvious that no reasonable person in the market would have accepted those terms in good faith.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bn33 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Collusion with other players or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any use of the platform to process funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Registering accounts on behalf of third parties or allowing third parties to use your account.
• Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, software bugs, or communication errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bn33 staff or other platform users.

bn33 employs fraud detection systems and cooperates with relevant authorities. Accounts found engaging in prohibited conduct will be permanently closed and any balance may be withheld pending investigation.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the bn33 platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and audio-visual elements — is the property of bn33 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal and non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of bn33 content without prior written consent is prohibited.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bn33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including any loss of funds resulting from gaming activity. You acknowledge that you participate in gaming activities on the bn33 platform entirely at your own risk.

bn33 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond bn33's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of services. bn33 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime.

10 Responsible Gaming

bn33 is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly limits configurable from account settings.
• Session time limits and reminders — notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cool-off periods — temporary account access restrictions of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-exclusion — permanent or long-term exclusion from the platform, effective immediately upon request.

All responsible gaming tools are activated directly from account settings without requiring contact with customer support. 11 Account Suspension & Closure

bn33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; suspected fraud or money laundering; account activity inconsistent with genuine gaming; or receipt of a dispute or chargeback instruction from a payment provider.

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting bn33 support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account after the application of any outstanding wagering requirements will be refunded to your registered payment method.

12 Amendments to These Terms

bn33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bn33 will endeavour to notify registered users via the platform or the registered contact method. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users who do not accept amended Terms should close their account prior to the effective date of the change.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the bn33 platform, bn33's internal dispute resolution process shall be the first avenue for resolution. Users may submit a formal dispute via the live chat support channel. bn33 aims to resolve all formal disputes within 28 days of receipt.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may hold under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by agreement.
